Insiel S.p.A. is the Manager of Personal Data connected with the supply of services which are the object of the Discipline for the in-house management of activities relative to the development and management of the Integrated Regional Information System and of telecommunications infrastructure by the Autonomous Region Friuli Venezia Giulia for the company Insiel S.p.A.
The gathering of this personal data is made by registering the data supplied by persons as those interested in the use of corrective real-time services offered by the regional network GNSS "A. Marussi".
The supply of data is obligatory. Failure to supply data renders it impossible to pursue the goals outlined under the preceding point.
In relation to the aims described, the treatment of personal data occurs through manual tools, computer tools and telephones with a logic that is strictly related to the above mentioned aims and, in any case, so as to guarantee the safety and privacy of the data itself.
Personal data may be known exclusively by employees of the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, identified as those charged with its treatment, and only by the employees of the company Insiel S.p.A. which operates on the Region's authority for technical reasons connected with the supply of services.
Computer systems and software procedures for the operation of this web site acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implied in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with the individuals concerned.
